What to include
- Write from the email address on your account, so we can find it and know the request is really from you.
- Your child's first name if the question is about one child (never a last name or other details).
- The device and browser you use, for example "iPad, Safari" or "Android phone, Chrome".
- What happened, what you expected, and roughly when. A screenshot helps a lot.
- For billing questions: the date and amount of the charge. Please never send your full card number.
